Our prices are: Starter — £299, Standard — £599, Premium — £999. Right now we're offering founder prices of £149, £249, and £399 respectively — a significant saving available until 31 August 2026. After that, prices go back up to full rate, so if you're thinking about it, now's the time. After launch you choose between a one-off £99 handover fee to take the code, or a monthly maintenance plan from £30/month where we host and manage everything for you.

The monthly plan (from £30/month) includes hosting, SSL certificate, weekly backups, security updates, 24/7 uptime monitoring, WhatsApp support, and 1 hour of included updates per month. If you need more than 1 hour in a given month, additional time is charged at £1/minute. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice at any time.

With the £99 Buyout, we hand over all the website files and you're free to host and manage it wherever you like — total ownership, one-off cost, no ongoing relationship required. With Monthly Maintenance (from £30/mo), we stay involved: we host the site, keep it updated and secure, and you get 1 hour of changes a month included. Most clients who want a "set it and forget it" experience prefer maintenance. If you're tech-savvy or have someone in-house, the buyout often makes more sense.

Our standard turnaround is 15 working days from when we receive all your content (text, images, logo). The most common delay is waiting on content from clients, so the sooner you can get that to us, the sooner you'll be live. We also offer a priority build option for an additional fee if you need it faster.

Yes — you'll need to provide your business text (services, about you, contact info) and images. Don't worry if your photos aren't professional; we can work with what you have. If you're not sure what to send or how to get started, just ask — we'll advise you on what we need and how best to pull it together.

Yes — we offer three Stripe-powered add-ons. A product shop lets you sell one retail product (hair products, merch, tools) directly through your site. Digital gift vouchers let customers buy a value voucher online and receive it by email — you redeem it when they book in. Booking deposits work on a confirm-first basis: the customer requests a slot, you check your calendar and confirm, then send them a Stripe payment link to secure it — no risk of someone paying for a slot you can't honour. All are quoted as add-ons on top of the build price. You'll need a free Stripe account, and standard Stripe fees (1.5% + 20p for UK cards) apply per transaction.

Every site we build includes basic SEO foundations — clean code structure, meta tags, page titles, a sitemap, and Google Search Console submission. Standard and Premium builds include a full local SEO setup. We can't guarantee specific rankings (nobody legitimately can), but we make sure Google can find and understand your site from day one.

If you're on our monthly maintenance plan, you get 1 hour of updates included every month — just WhatsApp or email James and we'll sort it. If you've taken the code via buyout, ongoing changes aren't included but we're happy to quote for them separately.

Absolutely. We're based in Surrey but work with clients remotely across the UK. We also have a presence in Bath and Southampton. The whole process can be done over email, phone, and video call — no in-person meetings required unless you'd prefer one.

We split the build cost 50/50. A 50% deposit is due when you sign the contract — this is non-refundable as it covers our planning and initial design work. The remaining 50% is due before your site goes live. All payments are processed via Stripe using a secure payment link we send by email.
